OUR REFUNDS POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 10 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your product should you have purchased the wrong item or the item is damaged. The replacement item must be to the same value as the product you are exchanging.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If the item is damaged as a result of our courier service or from us, shipping will be free.
